Precision Vending is a shining example of how a simple idea, rooted in genuine need and compassion, can create lasting impact. What started as a small family business in Tacoma over a decade ago has now grown to serve more than 10,000 users across 100 locations throughout Seattle, Tacoma and the Puget Sound.
Our story began when our founder, in his early 20s, worked night shifts and witnessed firsthand the challenges his coworkers faced during late hours. Safety concerns made leaving the facility risky, and with no stores or food trucks available, access to food was limited. Determined to improve the workplace environment, he sought permission to install vending machines at his job. The results were immediate—employee morale soared, energy levels rose, and the workplace became a more positive, vibrant space.
This transformation wasn’t driven by profit but by a heartfelt desire to enhance the daily lives of employees. Recognizing the broader potential to bring this positive change to other workplaces, our founder expanded the mission beyond his own company.
